About Stonyhurst College

Stonyhurst is an independent private coeducational Catholic boarding and day school in Lancashire, England, with over 800 students and 300 staff. The college ranks in the top UK's top 20 IB Schools and in the top 100 IB schools in the world.

Challenges

Stonyhurst College takes its role in safeguarding its students very seriously and needs to monitors their extra-curricular activities to comply with the UK's KCSiE regulations and to ensure the internet is being used in the right way and not having a detrimental effect on school work.

About KCSiE Compliance

The Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE) guidance sets out the legal duties schools must follow in order to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in schools and colleges. Under these regulations, schools are expected to provided detailed reports on all internet usage during any given timeframe.
